Program Description

DocJS (operated at docjs.io and docjs.io) is a healthcare document workflow platform that facilitates electronic prescriptions (eRx), healthcare enrollment forms, and document signing workflows. When you provide your mobile phone number and consent, you agree to receive SMS text messages from DocJS related to documents that require your review, signature, or authorization.

Types of Messages

By opting in, you consent to receive the following transactional SMS messages:

  • Document signing notifications - Alerts when a healthcare document, consent form, or enrollment form requires your signature
  • Prescription authorization alerts - Notifications when an electronic prescription (eRx) requires provider authorization or patient acknowledgment
  • Action required reminders - Follow-up notifications for pending documents that need your attention
  • Completion confirmations - Confirmation that your document has been successfully signed and submitted
  • Secure access links - One-time links to securely access and sign documents

These are transactional messages only. We do not send marketing, promotional, or advertising messages. You will only receive SMS when there is a document requiring your action.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your document activity. You will receive messages only when:

  • A new document requires your signature or review
  • A prescription requires your authorization
  • A reminder is sent for a pending action (typically 1-2 reminders per document)
  • Your submission is confirmed

Typical users receive 1-5 messages per document workflow. You will not receive recurring daily or weekly messages unless you have active documents pending.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to messages sent and received. Contact your wireless carrier for details about your messaging plan. DocJS does not charge for SMS messages, but your carrier may.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS messages at any time using any of these methods:

  • Reply STOP - Text STOP, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message from DocJS
  • Email - Contact support@docjs.io with your phone number and request to opt out

After texting STOP, you will receive a single confirmation message. No further messages will be sent unless you opt in again. Note: Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use DocJS; you will receive notifications via email instead.
